• ENROLLMENT-NEW STUDENTS

    New Students and Students who are returning to the district need to bring the following: 

    This is a requirement for EVERYONE we are trying to UPDATE ALL our Records.  Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s) please bring your child’s

    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Updated immunization record
    • Any school records from previous school if you have them
    • Parent/Legal Guardian Valid driver’s license or Valid state identification card (STATE MANDATED)
    • Utility Bill (STATE MANDATED)
    • Reminder: Your child must have all vaccinations or a Vaccine Exemption for Reasons of Conscience Affidavit, that must be notarized and updated every two years. Your child cannot enroll if he /she is not up to date.
